Blame Roxy - Client Acquisition and Lead Generation

Blame Roxy has everything in place and now need to sell. The Headstart Team will be trained on the market and business, as well as our sales process. Selling into the on-trade is a challenge and we hope that the group would be excited to tackle it.

This project involves:

  • Identifying leads
  • Finding out relevant information about leads (often by cold calling)some text
    • We need information to sell to the venue (e.g. do they already sell cocktails? Have they heard about cocktails on tap?)
  • Tailoring sales proposals some text
    • Using the advantages of our service, and the information about the venue, to create a pitch-like document.
    • Using data to calculate the impact of our service on staff costs, profitability etc.
  • Attending sales meetings some text
    • Going to venues with sample product and discussing our service with the manager/owner.
  • Eventually, leading sales meetings
  • Innovating our sales process itselfsome text
    • Identifying areas where it can be improved.
