Project Details

This project involves analysing the market opportunities for a fast-growing fashion start-up in regards to swapping. It involves prospecting appropriate locations for expansion, both nationally and internationally as well as establishing first connections with clients in prospective areas.

Project Key Milestones:

1. Identification and analysis
   • Create a roadmap of possible locations based on strategic demographic insights.
   • Analysing consumer behaviour in these areas and creating an ‘Ideal Customer Profile’ (ICP)
2. Outreach and expansion:
   • Developing strategies to acquire clients in these areas, such as universities and accommodations, but any other relevant targets.
   • Curating personalised contact lists for outreach as well as contact templates.
   • Establishing first contact with clients and arranging meetings between them and the founders.
   • Conducting administrative research in regard to legal requirements in the specific region if necessary.
